Happy's Drive Thru Car Wash

I always thought car wash memberships were a waste. We went through Happy's car wash on Thursday and a young man (Jaevein) helped us with our car wah choice. He was polite and kind. Answered all of my questions. Never pushed us too hard to buy a membership, so that's just what I did. And my car came out looking so pretty!! I'll definitely use my membership. It's a little out of the way for me, but with such great customer service I don't think I'll mind!

VEHICLE DAMAGE. This location will damage your car, give you hope and tell you things to act like they will take care of you and then not take responsibility for it. They caused damage, said at first they couldn’t see anything inside the wash because it was a “white” car and then hen proceeded to fill out a report. Then they sent a photo over stating it was lifted however no where in their photo does it show that. Even had the audacity to say (well judging by the back of your car anyways it was probably something prior) - cute! Now they don’t want to do anything. I’ve cancelled both our memberships and will never return. Lilly the “manager” is so unprofessional and way too emotional to be handling adult situations like this. We elevated onto corporate but highly doubt we will hear back. Before and then after

I had an experience at Happy's Car Wash (Salmon Creek location) that earned them a customer for life. Last week, my wife asked me to wash her car. When it came time to pay, I realized I had left my wallet in my own car. I explained the situation to Tegan, the employee working that day. He smiled and said, "It's okay," and offered me a free car wash. I only asked for the basic wash, but Tegan insisted on giving me their best wash instead. That unexpected act of kindness and generosity genuinely meant a lot to me. He treated me with respect and compassion rather than seeing me as just another customer. Because of that experience, I came back today and signed up for their premium monthly membership. This is the kind of business that sees people first and meets them where they are. Great customer service like Tegan's is rare, and it deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Tegan, for turning what could have been an embarrassing situation into such a positive experience. You've earned my loyalty, and I'll gladly recommend Happy's Car Wash to my family and friends. - ‘have a blessed day!’

Happys is indeed a happy place on earth! I take my car here at least twice a week, and I’ve never experienced anything but great service. I love keeping my car clean in this place makes it really easy as it’s on my regular route for errands. I would highly recommend it to anyone, besides my little puppy she was a little scared.

Shockingly could be the least effective, worst, automatic car wash I’ve ever been through. Was excited when I saw the tech but upon seeing the results, not so much. The pics speak for themselves. I could add more but you’ll get my point. When I got home, I had to wash the car. $12 for what?!? Total rip off. Avoid at all costs and go to the wash on 99th st.
